As a Cultivation Tech, you’ll work directly with our Director of Horticulture to grow and harvest our proprietary genetics. No upfront experience is required as we’ll get you up to speed – but a proven history in the cannabis industry or adjacent agriculture field is preferred.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Cleaning and sterilizing grow rooms & equipment
- Maintaining and feeding mother bonsai rooms
- Mixing soil, food, and other grow media
- Cloning and transplanting new crops
- Harvesting, trimming, and curing crops
Compensation is determined by experience level, ranging from $20-25/hr.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing cold call lists, landing new accounts, and promoting sales growth by maintaining relationships with your existing accounts. Our ideal candidates possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a proven track record in sales, and a strong business acumen. This position can be done remotely and is commission based – so it has virtually unlimited potential and will produce lasting passive income.

Our West Coast Sales Director is responsible for developing a team of sales associates to build new accounts west of the Mississippi.
Ideal candidates have experience leading teams of sales people, excellent (and patient) verbal and written communication skillsets, and thrive in data-driven software platforms. Better yet, you’ve got existing relationships within the cannabis industry that can be utilized to expand our sales efforts across the country.
You’ll receive a base salary commensurate and above industry standards, and additional performance based bonuses.
